• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on shift and support the management team.
• Deliver high-quality front-of-house service with warm hospitality.
• Take a lead role on the floor during service to maintain pace and standards.
• Serve food and drinks across bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas with presentation in mind.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures to prep for service and final checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across front-of-house areas.
• Support stock rotation, replenishment and routine operational tasks.
