Chickpea is seeking a Floor Manager to join GM and AGM to lead the floor and deliver exceptional hospitality at our Salisbury pub. You’ll be responsible for developing the Front of House team, coaching staff, and upholding our high standards while driving guest satisfaction and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management role preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Support GM and AGM with day-to-day running of the pub.
• Coach, support and develop the Front of House team.

• Support with training, inductions and developing future leaders.
