The Pig Hotels seeks a Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor to help run daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager at THE PIG. You will lead a team, ensure excellent guest experiences and maintain a culture of family, fun and community.

Ideal candidates have hospitality leadership experience, strong communication and people management skills, and a track record in busy service environments. The role offers opportunities across our award-winning hotel and restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor with passion for teamwork and hospitality.
• Good communication and people management skills are essential.
• Experience in a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
