Job summary

B&M Retail is hiring a Floor Manager for our Westborough store. You will lead the shop floor in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, owning performance and delivering a great customer experience every day.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends as part of store management. You’ll drive sales, coach your team and maintain strong merchandising standards to ensure a top customer journey.
