To stay ambitious, we are looking for a driven Floor Manager to join the team in Newcastle. The responsibilities include:

  1. Providing a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise.
  2. Driving and achieving individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales results and KPIs.
  3. Being passionate about the industry and trends.
  4. Developing and maintaining product knowledge through brand and store information, education materials, and training.
  5. Engaging proactively with clients to develop customer loyalty.
  6. Contacting clients with information on new ranges, products, and in-store events.
  7. Maintaining high standards of visual presentation in stores.
  8. Ensuring personal grooming adheres to company policies.
  9. Supporting stock counts and operational duties.
  10. Promoting the brand positively and supporting store management.
  11. Building strong relationships with brand representatives.
  12. Participating as a team player to meet store objectives.
  13. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The Person:
