Job description

As the Floor Manager, you play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but also deliver an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. With a dedicated team by your side, you'll take the lead in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Through your team, you'll create a shopping journey that's genuine, personalised, and always welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  2. Analyze selling information and collaborate with the store manager to maximize your department's sales performance.
  3. Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent service standards.
  4. Support recruitment, induction, and training of new starters.
  5. Assist the Store Manager in identifying future talents and developing plans for their progression.
  6. Oversee store operations.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers.
  8. Step into the Store Manager's role in their absence.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a 39-hour weekly contract at our COS store in Westfield Stratford, London. Please apply by uploading your CV in English.
