Job summary

Accor is seeking a Floor Manager for Il Bambini Club in London to lead the restaurant and bar team, ensuring warm, seamless service with energy and charm day and night.

You will manage health and safety, daily briefings, reservations, floor plans, stock, and training on wine and beverages, while collaborating with the culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant/bar areas are H&S compliant for each shift
• Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team
• Coordinate and run the reservations system
• Draft floor plan based on covers
• Assist with Food & Beverage stock; ordering, stock counts
• Support the Restaurant AGM on training of wine, food and beverage menus
• Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOPs
• Responsible for the service on the floor and bar
• Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant
• Work with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability

Additional Information

• Competitive salary between 43K-45K per annum including TRONC.
• Up to 28 days holidays (inclusive of bank holidays), pension, and life insurance.
