Job summary

Monterre Restaurant & Bar - Battersea is a family-owned Italian restaurant and bar in London seeking a motivated hospitality professional to support day-to-day operations and drive service excellence.

You will coordinate front-of-house, kitchen and bar during service, lead and motivate the team, maintain high standards of food and wine, and ensure guest satisfaction while overseeing scheduling and staff development.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Genuine passion for high-quality Italian food and wine.
