Gilmartins is expanding and is seeking Elite Operatives to join our trades team across London and surrounding areas.

This role offers a £50,000 basic salary, permanent, full-time employment with monthly pay, a company van with a fuel card for business use only, PDA and branded uniform, and long-term job security with stable local workstreams plus clear career progression opportunities.

Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for the very best operatives in the industry to join us as EliteOperatives.

This is not just another trade role.

We are recruiting experienced, high-performing operatives across North and North West London in the following trade:

• Floor Layers - who are able to do (vinyl) flat lay, cap& cove, patch repairs ideally with Carpentry skills.

We are offering:

• £50,000 basic salary

• Keep van stock organised and controlled
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle
• Follow all health & safety and asbestos procedures
• Use technology and PDAs correctly
