Gilmartins is seeking an Elite Operative – Carpenter Multi Trader to join our social housing repairs team across Barnet, Camden, Wembley and surrounding areas. You will handle carpentry with basic plumbing/electrics, patch plastering and tiling as part of a high-performing team.

The role offers a £50,000 basic salary, permanent full-time employment, and a company van with a fuel card for business use. PDA and branded uniform are provided, with long-term job security and clear career progression

• Full manual driving licence – essential.

We Are Recruiting Experienced, High-performing Operatives Across Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow, Westminster, Hammersmith And Surrounding Areas - (must Be Willing To Work In All Areas) In The Following Trade

• Carpenter Multi Trader with basic plumbing & electrics, patch plastering and tiling skills.

£50,000 BASIC SALARY

• Keep van stock organised and controlled
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle
• Follow all health & safety and asbestos procedures
• Use technology and PDAs correctly
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Take ownership of jobs from start to finish

Experience Required

• Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
• Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
• Full manual driving licence – no automatic vans available
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in occupied properties
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
