Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Floor Layers to join our client’s team on long-term social housing projects in Leeds. Duties include installing vinyl and Altro flooring, screeding floors, fitting Altro safety flooring in bathrooms, and working in both occupied and void properties while maintaining high workmanship.

Requirements: proven vinyl/Altro installation and floor screeding experience, valid CSCS card, own tools and transport, ability to work independently or in a team, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vinyl and Altro flooring installation.
• Experience with floor screeding.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Own tools and transport preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• References required.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl and Altro flooring to a high standard.
• Screed floors according to project specs.
• Fit Altro safety flooring in bathrooms.
• Work in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard.
