Recovery4all in Bristol is seeking a Floating Support Coordinator to oversee the Floating Support Practitioners and manage referrals, ensuring individuals in temporary housing maintain accommodation and access essential services. You will line-manage the team, coordinate with Bristol City Council and housing providers, and contribute to service delivery.

This 1-year fixed term role offers a competitive salary, pension, training, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-performance teams and developing team behaviours.
• Self-motivated, driven and capable of managing workload.
• Knowledge of the Housing Support Register.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all referrals and placements into the service.
• Liaison with Bristol City Council, Outreach Services and Housing providers.
• Line management of the Floating Support Team.
• This role includes weekend working.
