Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults facing homelessness or housing insecurity.
• Experience using person-centred approaches to empower individuals.
• Ability to work with external agencies and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload and prioritise competing demands.
• Provide regular one-to-one home visits and community support.
• Build relationships with customers and partner agencies.
• Develop and review person-centred support plans.
• Support customers with budgeting and financial inclusion.
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns per policy.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
