Care In Mind is hiring a Floating Mental Health Support Worker for Yorkshire with a car. The role requires a Full UK driving licence, flexibility for weekends/bank holidays, and the ability to travel between Care In Mind homes in Yorkshire.

You will update records, assist with medication, and support young people to gain independence. The successful candidate will join a supportive team, receive training, and benefit from a range of company perks and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• :Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
• :Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
• :Ability to attend training on weekdays
• :Good written skills to write reports and record information accurately
• :Basic IT skills including completing forms and writing emails

Responsibilities

• Update online care records and complete medication administration
• Maintain a tidy homely environment in care homes
• Support young people across education and daily activities
• Provide interventions to promote independence and continuity of care
• Work across Care in Mind portfolio with travel to Yorkshire
