Job summary

Jigsaw Homes Group is seeking a permanent Floating Keyworker for Jigsaw Support to assist customers in a contracted homeless accommodation service. The role focuses on providing support to safeguard welfare, health and safety, with 24/7 service coverage and potential short-notice shift requirements.

You will work in a team environment, delivering front-line assistance to vulnerable clients and communicating effectively to meet individual needs, while remaining flexible to service demands.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable clients in a front-line customer environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond sensitively to individuals' needs and be tactful or assertive when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice to maintain welfare, health and safety of customers.
• Work as part of a team delivering support within a contracted homeless accommodation service.
• Cover shifts at short notice to meet service needs.
