Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience safeguarding vulnerable young people.
• Ability to provide remote out-of-hours support.
• Ability to work in a team and lone-working shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard young people and provide out-of-hours support to other services.
• Deliver person centred and trauma-informed keywork sessions.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings and advocacy.
• Support independence and developmental outcomes.
• Follow social care safety plans and risk management.
• Ensure clear handovers between shifts.
• Work collaboratively within the team and independently when needed.
• Attend staff meetings and supervision.
• Maintain inspection-ready records at all times.
