Job summary

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Bradford is seeking a Non-Medical Flexible Workforce Manager to drive rostering, temporary staffing and workforce projects across the Trust. You will lead and develop our non-medical workforce systems to support safe staffing, operational efficiency and patient care.

You will oversee system training, performance and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on service improvement, digital transformation and delivering high-quality staffing solutions

Qualifications

Experience in workforce management and e-Rostering systems.
Strong project management and change management skills.
Experience analysing complex workforce data and translating findings into improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.

Responsibilities

Lead operational management of e-Rostering, temporary staffing and workforce projects.
Act as subject matter expert for workforce systems and system performance.
Develop training materials and guide users through changes.
Prepare reporting and KPI dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
