Job summary

Angard Staffing is seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support Parcelforce in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a team responsible for the parcel journey from loading to final delivery, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

No previous experience is required, but having worked in similar environments is a bonus. The role requires physical fitness, the ability to lift up to 30 kg, and teamwork to sort up to 40,000 items per shift.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but bonus if you’ve worked in similar environments.
• Able to lift parcels up to 30 kg and push loads up to 250 kg (with assistance for heavier items).
• Physically fit and able to manage long shifts on their feet.
• Motivated, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parcels from trailers.
• Move parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Operate mechanised parcel sorting equipment.
• Sort up to 40,000 items with your team during a shift.
• Ensure parcels reach their destination on time and are handled with care.
• Handle items in line with Royal Mail standards.
