Job summary

Angard Staffing is hiring flexible (temporary) Warehouse Operatives to join Parcelforce. You will handle loading/unloading, move parcels, operate sorting equipment, and help ensure on-time delivery across the parcel journey.

No prior experience is required, but experience in similar environments is a bonus. You must be physically fit, able to lift up to 30kg and push 250kg with assistance, and be flexible to work varying shifts across days and nights.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 kg and push loads up to 250 kg (with assistance for heavier items).
• Flexible and capable of working long shifts as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading parcels from trailers.
• Moving parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Operating mechanised parcel sorting equipment.
• Sorting up to 40,000 items with the team during a single shift.
• Ensuring every parcel reaches its destination on time.
