Job summary

Angard Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join Parcelforce on a flexible (temporary) basis. You’ll be part of the parcel journey, loading and unloading, moving parcels, and ensuring timely delivery with care.

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds; no prior experience is required, but being flexible, reliable, and able to lift up to 30kg (and push loads up to 250kg with help) is essential. Competitive rates apply across shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to switch between tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 30kg and push loads up to 250kg (with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading parcels from trailers.
• Moving parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Operating mechanised parcel sorting equipment.
• Sorting up to 40,000 items with the team during a shift.
• Ensuring parcels reach destinations on time and handling items per Royal Mail standards.
