Job summary

Bovill & Boyd is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in East Kilbride. You will lead warehouse and office teams, manage stock, orders, and customer service, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on Lean/5S, and a commitment to health, safety and efficient operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help align operations with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or operations with responsibility for people and processes.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, manage and develop teams.
• Experience overseeing stock control, order processing and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of warehouse and office personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage HR matters including attendance, disciplinary procedures and appraisals.
• Motivate, support and develop employees to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Promote Bovill & Boyd's Mission, Vision and Values throughout the business.
• Oversee receipt, storage and despatch of goods to meet customer requirements.
• Manage stock levels and stockholding agreements; conduct monthly stocktakes.
• Oversee site facilities, maintenance and utilities; ensure Health & Safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage the complete order process from enquiry to payment; ensure accurate orders.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement across departments.
