Job summary

Bovill & Boyd in East Kilbride is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Office Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead a busy team and drive continuous improvement across warehouse, office and customer processes.

You will own staff management, stock control and order processing, while applying Lean and 5S to boost productivity. A hands-on leader with strong organisational and communication skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse, operations or a similar environment with responsibility for people and processes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, manage and develop teams.
• Knowledge and practical experience of Lean, 5S and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of warehouse and office personnel, ensuring departments are staffed and operating efficiently.
• Manage stock levels, stocktakes and order processing to meet customer requirements.
• Lead HR matters like attendance, disciplinary procedures and appraisals while promoting company values.
• Monitor KPIs and introduce improvements to drive productivity across the business.
