Job summary

Bovill & Boyd is a well‑established business in East Kilbride seeking an experienced Warehouse & Office Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations. You will lead warehouse and office teams, manage stock, and drive performance improvements across the business.

The role reports to the Managing Director and focuses on staff management, stock control, order processing, customer service and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse, operations or a similar environment with responsibility for people and processes.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience overseeing stock control, order processing and operational workflows.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site management.
• Knowledge of Lean and 5S; track record of continuous improvement.
• Experience using KPIs to monitor and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of warehouse and office personnel to ensure efficiency.
• Manage stock levels, despatch, order processing and customer service.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers to meet delivery commitments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor departmental KPIs.
