Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting a Travel Consultant for a client based in Bispham. The role offers 35 hours per week between 8am and 5:30pm, with a salary of £24,500 OTE £27,000 in a friendly, supportive team.

You will deliver excellent customer service, tailor itineraries, create package costings and liaise with suppliers to negotiate costs, while building client and supplier relationships and researching market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Delivery of exceptional customer service and operational administration.
• Tailor making itineraries reflecting the requirements of the group.
• Creating package costings.
• Liaising with suppliers and negotiating costs.

• Contribute to identifying improvements to work organisation and procedures.
