Travel Trade Recruitment are assisting a well-established independent travel agency on the borders of Watford to find an experienced Travel Consultant with strong travel sales experience. This role can be full time or part time (3 days) with a competitive salary and bonus.

You will work in a branch with a small team of travel consultants, greeting customers face to face and over the phone, quoting itineraries and selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a travel agency environment.
• Passionate about travel and customer service.
• Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants.
• Greeting customers face to face and also over the phone.
• Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries.
• Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays.
• Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs.
• Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.
• Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer service.
