Job summary

Educate Group is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to join our growing team, working across Flintshire and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ learning journeys.

You’ll support class teachers, work one-to-one and with small groups, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. DBS update service is preferred, with a qualification (Level 2/3 TA) desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in a school setting is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check on update service preferred or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
• Prepare classroom materials in collaboration with the teacher.
• Work one-to-one with pupils and with small groups.
• Support children with additional learning needs.
• Follow school procedures and policies.
• Help create a positive learning environment and provide feedback on progress.
