Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Brentwood, Essex, with flexible days and a mix of primary, secondary, and early years settings. The role offers weekly pay and the chance to gain varied classroom experience.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management, bring calm, structure and positivity to busy classrooms, and support pupils with additional needs where required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
