Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Brentwood, Essex. This role offers flexible days, school-based settings, and the chance to gain varied experience in primary, secondary and early years environments.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, help with lesson delivery and classroom management, and contribute to a calm, structured learning space. Weekly pay and a supportive consultant team help you balance this with other commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; school-based experience ideal but not essential.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
