Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Barking and Dagenham and East London. This flexible role lets you choose days, from a few days to full-time, in primary, secondary and early years settings.

You will assist in classrooms, support 1:1 or small groups, help with lesson delivery and behaviour, and contribute to a calm, structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people in a school setting.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day
