ILS Case Management is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a family in Wisbech for a full-time role supporting a young woman with Cerebral Palsy. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, mobility, and social activities, following her person-centred plan.

Flexibility with shifts and driving is essential. You may support hydrotherapy sessions and operate her AAC device, working with a Case Manager and family to help her build independence and community connections.

Qualifications

• Female – personal care required.
• Experience/understanding of mental health issues.
• Confident working in client’s home and with family.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred support in home and community.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, communication, social activities.
• Support hydrotherapy sessions with Therapist.
• Help client gain independence and participate in daily life.
• Collaborate with family and Case Manager.
• Understand safeguarding and professional boundaries.
