Job summary

ILS Case Management is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young client with cerebral palsy in Wisbech. You will help with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities, both in the home and out in the community, including hydrotherapy sessions.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a compassionate approach to empower independence. A driving license is preferred and DBS/consent processes apply.

Qualifications

• Personal care and safeguarding focus; ability to support in home and community settings.
• Willingness to learn hoisting, feeding, and mobility support under training.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in family home and community.
• Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and daily living activities.
• Support hydrotherapy sessions with therapists.
• Help client gain independence and participate in activities.
