Job summary

Choice Care is seeking a Social Care Worker to join our Ciderstone House team in Swindon. We provide full in-house training and mentoring from day one, whether you are new to care or transferring from another setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care or willingness to train.
• Ability to follow care plans with compassion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding support.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents with daily activities and outings.
• Following care plans and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate written records and building trust with residents.
