Choice Care Group is recruiting for a Social Care Worker to provide compassionate resident support in a residential setting. The role includes personal care, medication administration and helping residents engage in daily activities and outings.

Qualifications

• Providing personal care to residents as per care plans.
• Medication administration according to policies.
• Maintaining written daily records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding support.
• Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Following care plan guidance and company procedures.
• Developing a respectful, open relationship with residents.
• Attending and completing required training.
