Job summary

Choice Care is seeking a Social Care Worker to support residents with personal care and daily activities, helping them live safe and fulfilling lives. Training is provided from day one, with a defined career path and mentoring to develop skills.

You will work 37.5 hours on a rota that includes weekends, with flexible patterns available to fit around personal commitments, accompanied by a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to follow care plans and policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding support.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Following care plans and company policies.
• Maintaining written daily records.
• Attending and completing required training.
