Choice Care Group is seeking a Social Care Worker to provide personal care and support within a residential setting in the Norton Disney area. The role involves shift work including weekends on a rota basis, and is open to drivers only due to client needs.

Full training is provided in-house, with a clear career path from day one. You will help residents stay safe, happy, and engaged in daily activities and outings.

• Assisting those we care for with personal care.
• Medication administration.
• Maintaining written and electronic daily records.
• Attending and completing training as required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting those we care for with their personal care needs.

• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures.
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with those we care for.
