You will receive in-house training, mentorship and a defined career path from day one, helping residents with personal care and activities in a supportive home setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
• Administer medications as required by care plans.
• Assist residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Follow care plan guidance and company policies.
• Develop open, honest and considerate relationships with residents.
• Maintain written daily records and attend required training.
