• Providing personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding support
• Medication administration
• Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance and company policies
• Developing an open, honest, and supportive relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training as required
