Job summary

Dimensions Ltd in Lincoln (LN3) is hiring a Support Worker for 21.75 hours per week at £13.45 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in. You’ll join the support team caring for Ben, an older gentleman who loves his local area, stories from the past, and aircraft.

You will assist with daily living, personal care, medication, meals, and keeping his home clean, while encouraging activity and community involvement. The role follows a 4-week rolling rota with varied shifts; no previous experience is required,

Qualifications

• No prior experience required as a Support Worker.
• Willingness to learn Dimensions' values.
• Ability to work with dementia care and mobility support.
