Job summary

Destinydot.com is hiring Care Assistants for day and night shifts in Lincoln, offering £12.71 per hour and UK visa sponsorship. Roles include helping residents with personal care, mobility, medication prompting, and accompanying them to maintain safety and comfort.

We welcome candidates with strong English communication; previous care experience is beneficial but not required as training is provided. Shifts run 7:30-14:30, 14:30-21:30, and 21:30-07:30, with full-time or part-time permanent

Qualifications

Experience in care contexts is beneficial but training will be provided.
Excellent grasp of the English language (spoken and written).
Willingness to work day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

Helping residents with daily tasks such as personal care, mobility and medication prompting.
Supporting people with their personalised care plans to meet their needs.
Providing companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
Using IT for record keeping of care delivered.
Communicate effectively with team members, residents and family members.
Help with light cleaning, meal prep and other housework as needed.
Follow health and safety procedures to provide a safe atmosphere.
Shift pattern: 7:30–14:30, 14:30–21:30, and 21:30–07:30; night shift available.
Two-week cycle with flexibility for weekends and sickness/holiday cover.
Previous care facility/home care experience is welcome but not required.
