Dimensions is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist Ben, an older gentleman in Lincoln who has dementia and requires help with daily activities, meals, and personal care. You will support him to stay active and connected to his community with a calm, patient, and respectful approach.

The role involves a 4-week rolling rota with varied shifts, including sleep-ins. The pay rate is £13.45 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in, reflecting a supportive, inclusive workplace in the Lincoln area.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Support Ben with daily living including personal care, medication, eating and drinking
• Encourage healthy choices and menu planning
• Help maintain the home and assist with keeping him active in the community
• Communicate clearly and calmly, building trust and reassurance
• Work as part of a 4-week rolling rota with varied shifts including sleep-ins
