Empowering U Healthcare is recruiting a HealthCare Assistant to support children and adults with complex needs in Lincoln (LN4). Roles include night shifts (8:30 PM – 8:00 AM) with an hourly pay of £12.71–£14.29, driving is beneficial, and DBS checks are expected or encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6+ months care experience (essential)
• Knowledge of epilepsy & challenging behaviour (preferred)
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach
• Strong verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Moving & handling and repositioning
• Personal care and daily living support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Community access (client has a wheelchair-accessible vehicle)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
• Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families
