Job summary

First for Support LTD. is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team servicing children's homes in and around Basingstoke.

This temporary agency role offers flexible shifts including days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends, with weekly pay and the chance to gain experience across Hampshire's care settings. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role as a Children's Support Worker.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and professional with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children and caregivers.
• Support daily routines, activities and independence.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
• Complete accurate daily records and reports.
• Work effectively as part of a team and alongside other professionals.
