First for Support LTD. is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team servicing children's homes in and around Basingstoke.

This temporary agency role offers flexible shifts including days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends, with weekly pay and the chance to gain experience across Hampshire's care settings. You will support children and young people in residential care, helping with routines, activities and emotional wellbeing while following safeguarding procedures and

Support Worker - Children's Home

Location: Tadley/Basingstoke

Hourly rate: National Living Wage, with rates of up to £13.15 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Temporary, Agency Work

Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts available, including days, nights, sleep-ins, weekends and long days.

About the Role

At First for Support, we're looking for compassionate and reliable Children's and Young People's Support Workers to join our growing team, providing temporary staffing to children's homes in and around Basingstoke.

As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting children and young people in residential care settings. You will help provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment, build positive relationships and support young people with their daily routines, activities, education and emotional wellbeing. No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference while enjoying the flexibility that temporary work offers.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
