Job summary

SENse Learning is hiring SEND Tutors to deliver bespoke one-to-one tutoring across homes, online and hybrid settings in the UK.

You will support SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD learners, build relationships, plan lessons, and provide progress feedback; Enhanced DBS, 2 references, and UK right to work required.

This self-employed role offers flexible hours, competitive pay (£35–£45 per hour) and a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience, preferably with SEND/ SEMH/ MLD/ SLD/ PMLD in trauma-informed settings.
• Ability to work in a child-centred, holistic approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons, tailor to EHCP and risk assessments, and report on progress.
