Job summary

Winner Education is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the Great Barr area. Opportunities range from day-to-day supply to longer placements in secondary schools.

A DBS check and satisfactory references will be required from successful applicants. Successful candidates will deliver pre-planned lessons, create a positive learning environment, and manage behaviour in line with school policies.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school
• Confidence teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Create a positive and productive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure students remain engaged and make progress during lessons
