Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ensure students remain engaged and focused on their learning.
• Support students with questions and encourage participation.
• Follow school behaviour and safeguarding procedures.
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of lessons.
• Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom environments.
