Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain seeks a qualified GP for a salaried primary care post. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team delivering face-to-face, telephone and home-visit consultations, develop care plans, and manage prescribing within the practice formulary.

Flexible session patterns (full or part-time) are available, with relocation support considered. You will contribute to governance, audits and patient care to high standards in a busy primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP with current registration.
• Experience in primary care, urgent or community settings.
• Ability to develop care plans and manage caseload.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face, telephone and home visit consultations and prescription checks.
• Assess undifferentiated health needs and make autonomous clinical decisions.
• Develop care plans in line with current disease management protocols.
• Record clear consultation notes and contribute to audit data.
