Job summary

British Red Cross is seeking a Shop Assistant in Aviemore to support the shop manager, welcome customers, handle the till, and create eye-catching displays, helping run a busy, customer-focused shop. Must have previous retail experience and be confident handling money.
Strong communication and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist the shop manager to run a busy, customer-focused shop and act as the window of the British Red Cross on the high street.
Help create a brilliant shopping environment and provide an excellent in-store customer experience.
Be confident on the shop floor as the first point of contact for customers, operate the till, and create striking displays.
Sort stock and prepare items for display, behind the scenes.
