Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our security team across UK sites. Relief officers cover holidays and sickness with flexible hours; shifts commonly run 6am–3pm, 3pm–11pm/midnight, and some sites may have midnight finishes.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed. Eligible applicants must be 18+, hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence, and have 5 years of checkable work history.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in a front-line licensable activity.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence required.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a reassuring security presence.
• Proactively deter crime and manage incidents.
• Control access and egress; conduct security patrols.
• Interact with the public in a professional manner.
