Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic relief officers to join our team, covering holidays and sickness across locations in the UK. You tell us when you can work and we provide hours that suit you. Shifts typically run 6am-3pm and 3pm-10pm/11pm, with some sites finishing at midnight.

This is flexible and can be full-time or to supplement your main income. We offer full induction and ongoing training, a competitive hourly rate of £14.65, pension, health plans and access to earned wages

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (legal for frontline licensable activity)
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence required
• 5 years checkable work and address history
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with smart appearance
• Friendly, approachable and professional in all interactions
• Enthusiastic and motivated to perform well
• Experience in security or customer-facing role preferred
• Able to engage positively with clients and customers
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
• Be prepared for identity checks and vetting processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols, control access and deter crime
